Especially The Series Gi.Di.Vi. Is Realized To Produce Pipes Of Big Diameter, Box Culvert, Jacking Pipes And Special Items According To All Different National And International Standards.

Diameters, Inner And Outer Perimetrical Dimensions, Lengths Will Be Established Time By Time According To Customer's Requirements, To Allow To All Different Machines Of Serie Gi.Di.Vi. A Great Flexibility Of Production.

The Gi.Di.Vi. Series Of Machines, Supplied With Single Or Double Working Station, Are Including:

 -  Feeding System Formed By A Belt Taking Concrete From Hopper And Sending It To A Turning Belt For Distribution.
 -  Base Support Composed By A Framework Fixed To The Foundation And By A Plate Where To Assemble Core And Vibrating Column
 -  Pressing Device Made By A Portal Including The Pressing And Rotating Systems Of The Ring. At The Centre Of The Portal, There Is A Hydraulic Compression Cylinder.
 -  Vibrating Column Placed Inside The Core And Made By Some Vibrating Groups Rigidly Connected
 -  The Column Is Positioned On The Base Support, Therefore All Operations For Equipment Changing Do Not Required The Removal Of The Column Itself. Each Vibrating Group Has A System To Adjust The Centrifugal Force.
